We advance systemic change through a three-part ecosystem IncludUs Fund, IncludUs Labs, and IncludUs Institute.

INCLUDUS FUND

We provide fiscal sponsorship, grants, and operational support to help community-led initiatives grow, scale, and sustain impact. Whether it’s launching a voter engagement concert series, expanding access to mental health care, or supporting an environmental justice campaign — the Fund connects visionary leaders to the tools and resources they need to thrive.

INCLUDUS LABS

IncludUs Labs is our innovation and solution engine — where we co-create with communities to design what’s next. From early-stage campaigns to national cultural movements, the Labs incubate programs, build tools, conducts research and tests models that drive lasting change.

INCLUDUS INSTITUTE

The IncludUs Institute engineers leadership pathways and strengthens organizational capacity for nonprofits, ERGs, and movement builders. Through high-touch coaching, immersive workshops, and applied learning labs, we equip changemakers to lead with impact.
