Our mission is to engineer inclusive systems that shift power to communities — ensuring equity, access, and opportunity across civic life, community wellbeing, climate resilience, and economic mobility.

IncludUs designs, builds, and sustains the governance infrastructure that makes durable community power possible. We align trusted leadership, institutional decision-making, operational capacity, and long-term accountability — translating inclusion from aspiration into structural reality.

We advance systemic change through a three-part ecosystem IncludUs Fund, IncludUs Labs, and IncludUs Institute.
